MILLENNIUM INDUSTRIAL
Inline system designed for coupling many different materials with the possibility to start from a jumbo roll with max. external diameter of 1000 mm and max. weight of 1000 kg.
The coupling is made with the customized dual-hot laminator up to 120°C for industrial use and the obtained material can be cut with the trimmer and collected with the table or can be rewinded with the rewinded shaft of the laminator.
The lamiantor is quipped with 6 shafts with adjustable tension.

Intuitive settings. : the big touch screen display allows settings like: motorized lifting of the upper roller, rollers temperatures adjustment, working speed, visualisation of pressure between the rollers, the real quantity of material and the tension of the shafts

The ten default settings allow to save time: they can be modified according to the requirements

The motorized unwinder is equipped with a system that can read the edge of the material or a line printed on it. In this way the material is inserted to the laminator always respecting the same initial position, even in the case of rolls wrapped unevenly

The most difficult works become simpler thanks to the comfortable swivel arm support of the touch screen display to be moved in front and behind the machine

Improved workflow, no waiting time thanks to the automatic scheduled starting of the machine with pre-heating function and the automatic rollers cooling function at the end of the job
