WELDING AND EYELETTING
IN ONE STEP

It combines welding and eyeletting in a single step, optimizing the product finishing process
Easy to use, it requires only one operator
You can either weld or just eyelet, as both machines are mounted on linear guides and can be retracted as needed
Hot Air Welding Machine: features an automatic positioning system (230 V/3400 W). Includes an automatic cooling function, an integrated heating element, and a safety device. Welding parameters (temperature/air volume) are accessible via a touchscreen.
Supports various types of welding for banners such as keder, tap reforcement or hem welding
Automatic Eyeletter: wquipped with a grommet and washer dispenser. Operated via foot pedal for quick and precise grommet placement
Software calculates the spacing and number of grommets required
Enhanced Productivity: perfect for high-production environments with demanding volumes
Customizable Options: optional roller tables to further improve efficiency
