Equipment for bending of thermoplastics plate of different thickness. Ideal for creation of decoration, exhibition supports, roofing and urban fornitures. Double-side unit designed for heating, along a precise and clear line of thermoplastics plate, to get clean folds (from 0° to 180°) with no need of a milling to complete the job

- Wide radius bending, thanks to adjustment of opening radiation's light and the distance from resistance to the supports plane
- Heating of material in both sides. Ideal for bending in a reduced times of materials with thickness until 15 mm
- Liquid cooling system of profile to connect on an outside cooling unit
- Possibility to raise and lower the upper element thanks two pneumatic pistons with 100 mm stroke
- Possibility to unhook and to rotate the upper element and to place side by side it to the lower one
- Addition of others linear heating elements to obtain multiple bends
- Supplied with electric board, support bench on wheels and water distributors
