The UD 170 is a motorized unwinder designed to handle jumbo rolls up to Ø 600 mm in diameter and 400 kg in weight.
It is the only unwinder on the market equipped with an ultrasonic sensor for automatic vertical alignment, ensuring stable and centered media feeding. This improves workflow efficiency and minimizes manual intervention.
It can be used at the input stage to feed a printer or finishing equipment such as an XY automatic cutter or laminator.
The UD 170 is the ideal solution for managing long production runs with maximum precision and reliability.
It can be used in-line with your wide-format printer, adapting seamlessly to your production workflow.
A UD 170 MAXI version is also available for rolls with a maximum diameter of 1000 mm and a maximum weight of 1000 kg.
UD170 can be connected to the internet network for remote assistance, for fast and efficient diagnostics.
