Titan is a sturdy and riliable roll-slitter for industrial applications. It allows to slit jumbo rolls of banner PVC, material for curtains ( (i.e. Soltis®, Serge Ferrari, Irisun, etc.) and protective films to obtain narrow reels according to the requirements.
Its motorized toothed blade has been designed to satisfy high-performing tasks.
It allows to slit up to Ø 520 mm (inner core 6”), and up to Ø 450 mm (inner core 3”); max. weight 600 kg.
Titan can be connected to the internet network for remote assistance, for fast and efficient diagnostics.

ROLL-SLITTER
- High performing: roll-slitter with motorized toothed blade designed to satisfy high-performing tasks. It allows to slit large-format rolls up to Ø 520 mm (inner core 6”), and up to Ø 450 mm (inner core 3”) to obtain narrow reels according to the requirements
- Designed for your needs: cutting operations do not require a support shaft to be inserted into the inner core of the roll. This avoids the handling of a long and heavy shaft and solves the problem of oval cores. The roll can be loaded by jib crane or forklift
- Solutions to make your job easier: comfortable hand grip with integrated buttons; touch screen display with exact size of cutting; integrated system for blade lubrification
- Working flexibility: the speed adjustment of the cutting blade and of the rolls hoder, combined with the width adjustment of the same, allows flexibility in the choice of materials to be cut even using rolls with different diameter
- Time and labour saving: a single operator can load and cut the material
- Smart remote system: Tesis can be connected to the internet network for remote assistance, for fast and efficient diagnostics
- Made in Italy: designed and manufactured in Italy with Flexa guarantee covering pre-sales, after-sales and maintenance
- It works with air compressor (not included). External vacuum cleaner required (not included)
